An international construction supply company with ambitions to expand their operations utilising digital marketing by revamping their website, driving potential customers to their new websites developing a customized Mobile App & growing their social media family

01 the CHALLENGE

  • Competitors offering 'localised' branding, with multi-lingual websites and local domain websites for each of their offices, while ESC's website was only in English and centralised in Hong Kong

  • Competitiors were offering Mobile Apps which made it easier for Engineers to specify their products

ESC Group is a family owned construction supply business headquartered in Hong Kong and with offices in over 15 locations. With a growing number of new competitors and long standing competitors ESC was faced with a challenging situation of promoting their brand, projects and products effectively with an aspiration to reach tens of thousands of potential customers around the world.

After a review of the challenges faces by ESC Group, the main objective was to create visually appealing multi-lingual websites, drive potential and existing clients with targeted demographics and also maximize engagement with stunning visuals, strategically presented information.

Collaterals were produced such as catalogues, brochures, business cards & more.

MOBILE APP OF CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS

S & Y Digital Marketing was provided a series of catalogues and some project photos and within 1 month, produced a fully responsive Mobile App that has been on the App Store and Play Store with over 2,000 downloads globally.

A customized icon for the new Mobile App was designed that was visually appealing. The client wanted to have a icon logo with a 3D effect, so shadows, gradients and textures were used to create a 3D illusion. A series of customized designs were also placed at the bottom of the logo as per customer request.

Throughout a two year period, S & Y Digital Marketing worked with the client to create 13 new websites in 5 different languages. Marketing Collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, email signatures were created.

  • Email Marketing list of over 10,000 high quality addresses with a high open rate and low bounce rate

  • Sales Growth in Philippines of over 8,000% from 2018 to 2019.
